I study the national security implications of potential dangerous capabilities future AI systems may bring and how regulating compute can help address them. I'm particularly fascinated by the large-scale AI supercomputers powering AI development and deployment and the data centers that host them.

I am currently helping build AGORA, a global AI regulation database, with CSET's ETO.
